Amoura - S San Francisco

This was the 1st my family has been to this restaurant. It was amazing! Everyone was friendly the service was excellent! The food was fabulous very good sized portions. Do not hesitate to make you reservation!!

Vegetarian options: The falafel wrap was good but I would like the vegan items to be clearly marked.

Food was good. Service was off, seems like we were ignored after receiving or food and drinks. I understand that service can be slow on a busy evening. This was not a busy evening.

The food was really good. We always get the Mezze and it never fails. An extra order of falafel which are always perfect. My husband got the lamb shank and mashed potatoes. He loved it but, it came out 10 minutes before my meal. I got the roasted carrot and avocado salad with grilled salmon. So, so good! I may have to get this every time! Loved it. Cocktails were good and the employees were friendly.

Kid-friendliness: NOT Kid friendly. Dont go with kids. I phoned ahead and made a reservation, explicitly mentioning that we were a party of seven, including three children. They assured me they had a table available. However, shortly after being seated, they moved us to a different table, telling that my conversation with my son, his crying was disruptive to an executive meeting nearby.Interestingly, they later seated another family with young children near the same executives. I guess family either knows the executives or they know the owner of the restaurant.When my friends arrived, we were preemptively asked to be mindful of our noise. Feeling disrespected, we left. If I could, I'd rate them zero stars.
