Qdoba Mexican Eats In Fort Coll

They were closed for maybe 30 minutes, maybe more before their posted time. Which is why we went over there to begin with. Then I knocked on the door bc employees were laughing and joking they went on , Even though I was pounding on the window. I then called and asked why they were closed so early. He said they weren't busy. They had people inside eating. I asked him what his manager's name was. He gave me a fake one. I found the correct one and wrote him. He apologized said he was sending me a couple entrees, took my info and said they were in the mail. That was a month ago, still haven't received anything!! Another reason to just eat at Chipotle. This was at a Ft. Collins Qdoba. I don't think they're all like this but this one sucks for service!

This location never fails me. Real friendly and welcoming their customers. Chris.A the manager, Chris.F ,Noah.MK, and Holly.L always welcome me. Food is always fresh and meets my satisfactions. I will stand by this location as they keep up the amazing atmosphere.
