Cafe Maiko Premium Matcha - Sacramento

Great matcha dessert shop! This place tends to get busy at times and especially during the weekend. Friendly staff and great atmosphere, not to mention that their matcha quality is top notch! However, portions are getting smaller compared to a year ago, even with price increase.Would recommend, especially if you're a matcha lover but don't be surprised on the smaller than expected portions.

Best matcha ever! The ice cream is also really yummy!! Not overly sweet which is perfect. They also sell 50 gram bags of matcha...I need to buy more I recently ran out!!!!

I got a hot Match Latte and it came out pretty fast. It was piping hot, be careful when you are drinking the hot drink. I had to let it cool down for a little bit before I could drink it. They didn't allow indoor sitting, although some people didn't read the sign at the door and still sat inside.Dietary restrictions: Can substitute the whole milk with different types of milk

The matcha always hits the spot! Will be perfect especially as the weather gets even warmer. I love it as a latte or as soft serve. The hojicha is great too! The space itself is quite small. I've always only gotten my drinks to go, but I have seen a few people stay here to enjoy their drinks. It is in a plaza; parking is not a problem. Staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend :
