Roxie Deli Barbeque - Sacramento

Driving from the Bay to Tahoe and wanted a deli sub… It was a decent sando, nothing out of this world thats for sure. I ordered a supreme size which was about twenty 4 bucks, its barely add any weight in sliced deli meats, so basically paid for ‘the works’ which is the usual lettuce, tomatoes onions pickles and peppers. The dutch crunch felt half baked, based on the reviews i was hoping for more. If anything its located next to a really nice park and their beer cooler selection looked good.

I put my order online about 40 minutes ahead. When I got inside, I still had to wait an additional 20 I got garlic salad as my side and upon getting back to work down the street, and opening my food, there is no dressing for the salad, I also did not get bread with my platter and the chicken Was the most plain and driest chicken I’ve ever had. Only ate it because I was running late. I don’t have time to get anything else.

Cute little deli nestled in a neighborhood of down town Sacramento. I will definitely be going there again. Vegetarian options: I ordered a veggie sandwich. It was very good. You can also order vegan.

Holy cow, the food is amazing. The place is a bit small, but there's a park very close you could take your sandwich to. If there's a guy who takes your order who thinks he's going to remember it, beware. By the time my coworkers finished paying and were waiting for our orders, he had forgotten all of them. So if you have any allergies, or don't like x or y on your sandwich, be prepared to eat it anyway.
