Jack In The Box - Saginaw

Took way too long, sat in the drive thru for 30 plus mins. However, staff was very nice and food was hot and perfect.

How can you say your lobby is open until 10pm but doors lock at 8pm and they took forever so ended up going to Whataburger

I had their bacon double smash burger and it was phenomenal. My wife loves the spicy chicken wraps. They forgot one of our drinks as we did a pick up but other then that it was amazing. Love the curly fries too.

Went on 3/24/24 at 3 pm. Was told they were out of hashbrowns and curly fries and I had to substitute. I substituted onion rings, and was up charged. When I asked about it, the lady behind the counter said that it wasn’t an enough charge. Then when I asked for my receipt, she said oh, I guess it isn’t enough charge I’m new. When the manager came over, she said, onion rings, would have been enough charge in the first place even though I had to make a substitution. Manager was very rude about it as well.

They really need to work out pickup and delivery orders. Waiting in drive thru for a pickup order is ridiculous.
