Jimmy John's - Saginaw

The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, however I got food positing last night. Didn?t eat anywhere else the whole day, so it was quite obvious as to where I got it from. I know it?s not a problem with this specific location, however I?ve been reading that nationwide Jimmy John?s is causing a decent amount of people to be sick. I was baffled when I searched and saw how many run ins they?ve had with the FDA. Corporate needs to get it together, such a bummer.

This establishment does the absolute bare minimum to function it seems. I have ordered from them about 10 times for some orders totaling around 40-50.... Just ordered a meal for 3 around $35... Well took a half hour to make, then almost another half hour to deliver. That is fine generally, I DO NOT CARE how long I have to wait, IF the food is FRESH and made RIGHT.... However, if they take that long, charge me so much and then don't make the order right, cut out some of the product, make me wait to eat it, charge me top dollar for the bare minimum and not care.. nothing changes and I am sick of wasting money on such a poorly run place... Never get another dime from me. There are better Jimmy John's around for sure but lately they all seem to have cut their QUALTIY down by about 50% unfortunately.

This place is very friendly and atmosphere shows it. The restaurant is very clean and well kept and the food is good as well. If you like classic sandwiches and Jimmy John's is the place for you. If you're looking to find a favorite minus spicy Italian LOL.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have problems getting waited on. First time...order taker couldn't take my order (drink only) because her phone call (claims it was boss) was more important. So I walked out. Second time...2 people just standing there... staff couldn't take my order because evidently the other people had been standing there a while waiting to order so she took their order around me. Staff tends to be more worried about playing tricks on each other than actually working. I won't go back if it's the last restaurant open.

I've never been in a Jimmy John's before my life until today. I hope this is not what all of them are like. The sandwich may have tasted good but it was incredibly skimpy the bread was incredibly tough. The price single the sandwiches are outrageous compared to what they are worth. The bread isn't even wide enough to close over the toppings. And the entire store has a vibe like they just want you to hurry up and get out so they can continue their girl talk.
