Santiago's Florida Kitchen Craft

The best food in St Augustine, ate there for almost every meal, only reason I didn't, Is that whole facility had a catastrophic power outage and damaged some kitchen equipment. Kaylee handled our party of 8 like a champ and Dennis was my server delivering my coffee and breakfast in the morning,But they were awesome!! Highly recommended the calamari and tuna nacho, all breakfast plates was amazing

The hostess, wait staff, bartenders and cooks/chefs were outstanding! I stayed for 5 nights with my Mother in law and we were treated like Queens! Food was fantastic. Portions were more than ample. Thank you for giving us a vacation and experience to remember.Food: 5/5

The was the first place we ate on our honeymoon as we arrived late in the day. It was a little hard to find- we didn't know it was inside Guy Harvey's! We dined in on a Monday, and they had a ton of Monday specials. We enjoyed crab legs to start, followed by a shrimp poke bowl and lamb chops. The sauce on the lamb chops was superb, and the poke bowl was loaded with flavor! Our server was very attentive and polite. The restaurant was very quiet and attached to the gift shop, which was interesting to me. It wasn't very busy at 8:30 when we arrived, and the wait time on our food was average. We were pleased with Santiago's and would recommend to others.

Recently stayed at Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine and the Santiago Florida Kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We dined there for 4 days enjoying everything we ordered so much that we decided not to take our chance elsewhere. Menu is diverse, but not so huge that you get lost; we especially loved the variety of shrimp dishes and breakfast items. Portions were large, wait staff charming, and bar service entertaining. Be sure to try the Chocolate Ganache Brownie, you'll have non-better!

We ate here because it was located in the resort. We were expecting a lot more from a restaurant side of Guy Harvey. Ordered the Royal Red tempura shrimp. It was very flavorless, bland, and not crispy at all, like wrapped in wet bread. Had the fish and chips it was an extremely large piece of fish again no seasoning and very tasteless. Service was fast waitress was extremely nice. Would expect more at this price point and location.
