A&w Canada - Saint-Basile-le-Grand

Super nice staff every time I was! Not even did they make a mistake with my order (I order the vegan options and they never gave me wrong animal protein). There is sometimes a wait on the drive-thru, but it's really not a big thing considering that most places are underoccupied at the moment, they make big under the circumstances!

The food is always hot and fresh, but I don't understand why her service is always ridiculously slow. Every time I go, I have to go forward and wait for my food. Even if there is no line. Two days ago I went, paid for 3 chicken strips on the window, and 7 minutes later they received, watching the staff prep 3 other empty bags before my chicken strips in a pocket and gave them to me (they were already on the counter). Owners please increase the service game of your facility?? I love the environmentally friendly business and the hormone-free food so that I go on, but it is painfully slow

The service at this A&W is terrible . They do not know what they are doing they are extremely disorganized the food was cold they don't honour promotions at least not the one that I brought they can't count they don't know math I wouldn't put my foot back in that door ever again. I am disgusted with their . So do not visit A&W St Basile Le Grand unless you want to be disappointed too. I have done many reviews and this is the first one that I would give a minus 5 star .
