Saint Gervais has limited (if any) vegan options, so this was about as safe a bet as possible. We had the veggie pizza and only asked for no cheese. Service was good, the pizza was delicious so that it meets our needs after a long mountain hike this day. In any case, it is worth checking whether you are looking for somewhere to eat in the area.

Saint gervais did not seem to have vegan or vegetarian restaurants that I could find. the restaurants I found had no vegan options on their menu, including l’eterle, but on request, staff could not have been more helpful. they offered me two vegan meals, both delicious when we went back for the second option.
