When I pulled in the drive-thru, I was given regular Madeline cookies. When I asked whether they had a Chocolate dip, he responded no, that they were out. I thought that was odd because the app usually alerts me when a product is out of stock, but it didn't this time. I later called the store to inquire about when they would have more in stock, and I was told they were not out Of stock. I was craving for Madeline's chocolate dip and ended up paying for something I didn't want.
I came in on a Saturday evening for a cup of drip coffee. There were hardly any customers. When I ordered a drip coffee and asked if it was relatively fresh they said yes. What I got was a lukewarm cup of stale coffee. I think McDonalds across the street has better coffee. This is the third time in a row I have had a bad cup of coffee at this Starbucks. I have tried to continually give them the benefit of the doubt, but I doubt they can deliver a decent cup of coffee.
The employees at this location are always very friendly and professional. My cappuccino and pup cup were perfect. There is always a long line, they moved the line fairly quickly, but I wish there always wasn?t such a long wait here. I don?t think it?s Starbucks fault though :
Starbucks is great, I almost always order on my phone because I have difficult orders you may say. I'm giving Starbucks four stars because a lot of times I may have the same order but it tastes different. Sometimes they will forget something like the sweet cream foam(which you get charged an extra dollar for), and they will dump out a little bit of my coffee and then put it on top ???? But they would happily make me a new coffee I just feel really bad because they're so busy so I don't want them to do that!! Overall customer service is awesome, the employees are awesome, I'm probably the problem ???????????????
Can we please stop with the cash grab of accepting mobile orders while simultaneously closing the lobby and forcing customers that already paid to wait in a 30 minute drive through line or punt on their order? Honestly it?s embarrassing. I realize COVID and staffing pose challenges, but just disable online ordering if you cannot support it.
