Osushi - Saint-Julien-en-Genevois

A reading of the mixed reviews, I had hesitated but really too much sushi! );eh well you know what, they are really bad, the salmon is great and the dessert to the mango is a slaughter! I recommend

We didn't expect an industrial kitchen coming there, from which our disappointment when we tasted the sushi: rice is too cooked and compact and the very cold service temperature (which doesn't make it easy to feel the rice quickly). This is a pity because the fish is fresh (e.g., very good salmon sashimis) and an effort is made at the level of the proposed variety. prices are unbeatable for sushi in the region but we must not expect the quality of a real Japanese restaurant, we remain in the fast food area. I deplore the absence of miso soup, and the gyoshas (a strange green paste) did not attract me. The reception was good, however a flat concerning the cleanliness of the place: good in appearance, but not terrible in the back of the room (toilets, kitchen with open door and left a little utilizing floor).

Sorry, it wasn't a good day, but it's the first time in my life that when I open a sushi box, (suhi, maki, california) and a smell of fresh fish invaded me the nostrils.......... At the limit of the freshness even in sauce they were dried...........I thought I'd catch up on dessert and dessert.
