Then, my daughter accidentally spilled a small amount of water on the floor—no more than a quarter of a cup. I quickly cleaned it up with napkins, but I overheard another employee complaining that my daughter had spilled soda. Another manager approached and joked with my daughters about the spill. I clarified that it was just water and that I had already cleaned up most of it. Shortly after, a rather unfriendly employee arrived with a mop to clean the mostly dry floor. The entire situation felt odd and unsatisfactory. We definitely will not be returning.

I really enjoyed Quiznos for their Toasty Subs, but when the last Quiznos near me closed, I decided to give Potbelly a try. It turned out to be the best decision ever! I'm a big fan of their Italian sub paired with a cup of chili. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly and the service is quick.

The avocado on my sandwich was a bit of a letdown. I really enjoy this place and plan to eat here again, but that aspect was disappointing.

Hands down best tasting bread from any sandwich shop I have ever ordered. Your sandwich, The Wreck, was absolutely amazing, and the chicken pot cake soup was really good

Today was my 1st time eating here. And the guy there. A taller light skined black man was really cool and gave me some good suggestions. The food was awesome. Toasted just right. I had a Roast Beef and Bacon 6inch. I will definitely stop by again when im in the area. Awesome Job!
