Subway - Saint Louis

I've had the spicy Italian sub sandwich twice recently, and it was fantastic both times! The white macadamia nut cookies are absolutely delicious! Plus, they have my favorite soda, Mellow Yellow, on tap. The service was quick and friendly. I’ll definitely give it five stars when they reopen for dine-in!

Although I only visit from time to time, the staff remembers my name and my favorite sandwich, starting to prepare it as soon as they see me. Since I don't eat meat, they change their gloves without me even having to ask. It would be ideal if management ensured there are always two staff members on duty, but the employees here are fantastic.

This location needs to hire more staff during the afternoon, especially around lunchtime. At least 3 to 4 more workers are needed, as no one seems to get a proper lunch break—maybe just 30 minutes. It would be beneficial to hire additional employees.

I have deleted my original review dropped from 3 to 1 star. They might be clean hygienic when making your food (their only positive point), but now the last time I was here, the guy was clearly either drunk or on drugs. He was swaying heavily, had trouble focusing, made my sandwich with the wrong meat, then charged me for a completely different sandwich (same price, thankfully) . I was in a hurry there was no other staff around to inquire to, so I just took it vowed not to come back. Last straw.

Dear Subway, I had the unfortunate experience of eating during a bad time. However, you can never go wrong with a roasted sub!
