Feedback gevenWas invited to eat here by a worker. we had a group of 9 in total. the place is beautifully decorated, has a decent beer selection and has friendly waiter. I ordered the smoked duck flammekueches, which in the round is a flat brot with a gut, kartoffeln, etc. on it. Very good. they enjoy it with a triple karmeliet bier. beautiful place with lots of parking space.

We went to this restaurant after we spent the day at the condé museum and gardens in chantilly. we were looking for this restaurant because we had a wonderful experience in au bureau in arras and so we thought we could trust the chain....BIG mistake. we have nothing positive about this restaurant. the location in a shopping center is ugly, eating was very bad quality plus exceptionally small portions (also for france) with equally exceptionally high trips. for example: a plate which was described for the exchange and as xl, contained 4 small cheese stalls, 4 small chicken stalls, 4 small tumbler rings, a very small (about 2 tablespoons) container of hummus, an equally small container of aubergine kaviar, and a few crackers. the plate should also contain guacamole, but our not. this plate costs €19.99! when we complained with the waitress about the missing guacamole and the pathetic small amount of food (we were 3 people,) she insisted that everything that should be there was there. only after we had taken the menu out and showed her the note on guacamole that she accepted it to add it (2 whole tablespoons worth). but she refused categorically to add other food to the plate, and said that it was what it was. she told us that her manager supported her in this decision. at this incredibly high price they would think that the quality of the small content of the plate would have been high, but, unfortunately, no, it was hardly bearable. regarding the service, it was not only surly and rude, but also incredibly slow. we had to beg on menus, we had to ask for someone to take our order, we waited a very long time for the little food that came and we had to beg for someone again and again to bring us the leak. after a very long wait for the deck one of us went into the cash to pay, he was sent away with great impatience, said he had to wait for the deck at the table. we waited a good 20 minters for the check to finally arrive (again, only after repeating our request). we put a lot of blame for our experience in this restaurant on its administration. it is as if the restaurant 's incredibly bad customer experience is by design, as many of the customers do not repeat customers. the motto of the restaurant seems to give them as little food, as bad quality eat, as little service and as bad quality service as possible for the maximum amount of money. this visit has turned off the chain au bureau for good. we'd be crazy about such an experience. as for those who read this review, I encourage them to avoid this restaurant as the plague. Where else you go, it'll be better.
That to say we go there on a regular basis, it is true that the product in the plate is really not worth the amount of the addition. However, the framework and the pub atmosphere is there and in the sector there is no competition. You want to have a good time in a pub atmosphere. This is the place to go.
