Feedback gevenI am a loyal customer and look forward to having my usual coffee every morning, like anyone else. I have never had any issues and the customer service is usually fantastic! However this morning I came in and ordered my usual and brought it back because it wasn't what I ordered which was fine, but after the third time of not getting the correct drink, I asked for my money back. Lakena helped me but had a very nasty attitude because I was annoyed about having to ask for my money back! Worst experience and hospitality I have ever had at caribou!! You would think that because baristas pretty much go to school to make these beverages they would be correct in the first place!
This is my favorite caribou by far, and I'm super glad it is on my morning route! Atmosphere is wonderful, nice music and a busy but not chaotic energy. Staff are also wonderful!! My mood can be not so great at 7:30 in the morning, but the staff alone always cheer me up and put a smile on my face! Good drinks too! :
This is the most amazing Caribou location I have ever experienced. 1. The Staff is very friendly polite and up beat 2. The Staff works in harmony, very efficient, and fast paced 3. The Manager, is always in the mix working side by side with the team 4. The Manager has a great eye for talent, the new employees are able to get them up to speed in a heartbeat. Great process To provide context, I manage large businesses with 50 plus employees in multiple locations. So to see how this one location operated, make me rethink my hiring strategies. How can I hire more people like them?? Anyway, great job!
Really like this caribou I have been going here for my coffee for like 12 years and my drinks are always made with care. All the workers are nice but especially the young black man that works there. He always remembers my name and it super nice. I feel bad I don't remember his name but he really needs a raise!
