Feedback gevenI have never considered a review on here or somewhere, I am not one to complain and I understand that the workers have bad days since they have? re only human, so I originally cleaned it away. I sometimes stop eating while I work. From all the times I was here, only once had a polite worker. The workers are very short and have a very bad attitude and I am always more than nice to them. You feel like you? You're worried about her and you? re just a Nuisance. I'm going out to go to other places from now on. I don't write this to be a card, but this place needs serious work on customer service. People deserve to be treated kindly, you never know how their day goes.
Next to my house, unfortunately 3 out of 5 drive thru orders end A: missing items... i.e. sauce for children chk nuggets, milk for children meal etc. B: false order... tomatoes, if asked for NT, a 4 PC nugget happy food if I ordered and PAID for a 6pc. C: Rude Staff (self explanation! D: Long waiting times (which I would not normally add to this list)
On 11/28 we went to eat at 11:50 (close to 12) and said they were closed for maintenance. When we asked again, we have a quick answer from ?yep? without explanation or more answers. We drove past the window and could see an employee on their jacket and no maintenance personnel in the parking lot or inside. Do you want to be honest? go back early and not lie that it is for maintenance. Disappointed.
Not sure why, but as the drive thru window opened to hand me my drink, I got a big whiff of a marijuana smell. My passengers as well said they could smell it too, before I even said I smelled it. Could be a coincidence, but this is the first time that smell has ever been noticed in any fast food drive thru.
Large complex order executed to perfection prepared fresh. So far this has been the best McDonald's in the Northeast metro.
