Used to be our favorite Italian restaurant. Amazing food, a real and happy owner and fabulous service. The keyword is? You're home? In the last couple of times we had thirsted or carried out, the food was not what it was normally, but nothing to complain. I thought it was just a lump. Everything changed when my five-person family visited Greg on Friday night, March 1, 2019. Apart from our 2.5-hour waiting for dinner and watching one of your two servers go out, I have actually stood up from the big round table my family I sat on our drinks and food to support YOUR SERVER. This young lady was high school at the age and did her very best to smile and take care of a decent full dining room. I asked her if I could help and started filling drinks, taking orders and cleaning tables. Their customers were remarkable and it created a positive mood in the dining room. All the positivity in the dining area immediately pflastered as your vulgar mouth was heard about a restaurant full of people chatting while you walk, suffered and went to your kitchen staff. You saw me drink refills a few times and your solo server told you that I helped since the other SerI went out. Didn't you even have the power to give me a quick one? Thanks? or more important - support your solo server. Everyone could also hear you cheat on her. Carryout customers come and wait a long time, were also observers. There were even a few families who had come to dine, and I told them that they do themselves a favor and go somewhere else at night so they don't have to wait to be part of your nonsense and they could eat dinner before 8:30. It took a few weeks to write this review - as I was that insulted and disappointed by your lack of professionalism and how to treat your employees. No wonder you have constant sales - not because you hire teenagers (like you? have said in response to others? Reviews), it?s because you have the ability to connect and treat people with respect. You? ve not only lost us as a customer, but several others who were there this night. Of course, this review will not help you and of course I tell all my family friends not to unleash your pathetic excuse for a well-run business. If you are not happy and are not successful in your restaurant, do yourself a favor and sell it or close it», as this was a lot the message that your entire staff and customers are in a single night.

Here's a garbage dump. I called in an order and they said it would have happened in 45 minutes. I left the house 40 minutes after placing the order. Sit in the restaurant after an hour. I asked for my order. It wasn't even in the oven at this point. The cook could be heard that I went to Golden Corral from the kitchen. After they heard that, the girls laughed at the front. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't waste your time in this place. You don't want your business.

Pizza is always almost perfect. It seems boiled or toppings are a little.

Save your time and stay away from this restaurant. The owner is rude and it is obviously not important to stay in business. Servers are nothing but apathetic buyers. My family and I were made to feel very unwilling in this restaurant and I would never give this place my business. We were lucky that after 15 minutes we are not served in a half empty restaurant, most of them looking for their food on the kitchen.

My family and I go here as often as we can. The people are always friendly and the food is good. The prices are fair and we normally have great leftovers too.
