Stack 'n ' Sizzle - SAINT PETERSBURG

This place has good food!! Hands down the best omelet and pancakes I've ever had. I recommend!! We had 8 people eating and everyone enjoyed their food. It's not expensive either.

Great food! The homefries are nice and crispy on the outside. Pancakes were light and fluffy and they offer lots of pancake options. The omelets are huge and packed with flavor. They really want to please here and check frequently to see if all is well. Coffee cups are enormous so you won 't need many, if any, refills. My one and only issue was waiting for the check. Took a little too long. Maybe give out the checks 1/2 way through the meal and just say Take your time, no hurry at all! We wanted to get on with the day and not be stuck inside.

8 of us came in this AM bc the place where we normally were? Visit when we were in town closed. We all ordered different items from the menu. Our food was absolutely fantastic. Large omelet, delicious burgers, delicious cookies and engraving and FF cooked for perfection. A great place to eat. $90.00 before tip and our server Stephanie was excellent. This will be our new?regular? Place for our morning meal when we visit the family here in St Pete

I came to this place since this place began, saw 3 owners and really stuck this place. I have seen that food quality goes from astonishing to less than moderate. That I came back was Zach, one of the best servers in the food industry. I went back to find out that he had gone/fired (not safe and not really caring). Not so sure I'm going back, because the food is really easy for the most part ok. Mostly incompatible with the high turnover in kitchen staff and the change of ownership. Pancakes are really good, hands down the best in Saint Pete. Portion sizes are huge, Big Bang for your Buck. But I don't think you can replicate Zach and how he greets people there. He really helped this business survive through his 3 owners and his real shame to see him from there as it was my little secret and literally went every weekend. I wish the new owners the best luck, and I encourage the people to give him a shot as the food can be delicious. Can wait to see where Zach is going, as he really does the culinary experience.
