This restaurant has extremely unprofessional security staff who are overly aggressive for no apparent reason. I saw a girl being handcuffed without cause, and then a large security guard sat on top of her to hold her down. The staff's behavior is ridiculous and they treat customers with a nasty attitude, acting as if they are law enforcement. Stay away from this place unless you want to be kicked out or handcuffed for no reason.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly rude and unprofessional. During a social night, the security personnel were disrespectful and confrontational when addressing issues such as leaning on furniture. The night manager, Lily, was also rude when approached about employee behavior. Another manager acknowledged Lily's rudeness and suggested filing a complaint the next day. It appears that security guards are on a power trip, taking their roles too seriously. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the security bureau for misconduct. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to treat paying customers in such a disrespectful manner, and unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence.
