Legit. Traveling to SLC with some friends for a wedding - we wanted something great but low key, nothing fancy.
So this place is definitely an example of one of those joints you'd have to have grown up with to really appreciate.
Generally my first stop when I visit SLC, this time they were closed by the time I got out of the airport!! Whaaaaaat?? No fear, I went straight back
