I really wanted my favorite pizza, pfefferoni, huh and whisper. the pizza was wrong, which was disappointing, but also dangerous. they replaced the sausage with speck. I didn't know until I had made a bite. I don't like speck on my pizza, but many people can't eat it for several reasons. I even checked my reception to make sure I didn't make a mistake. next, my spinach cheese bread had shed and burned the largest part of the cheese. I just wish they had checked the quality before they would send it out. because I didn't have it in one, this was not a good time bad. for what it was, it was in order, only disappointed.
It's been a long time since I bought a pizza from this place and the truth is that their pizza is still disgusting by the fact that it says a price in the advertisement and if they pay them calculate it about 4 or 5 dollars more this is a robbery, I think I won't go back and I won't buy it I recommend
The pizza here is decent, but not something they should eat every week because this pizza tends to be on the salty side. first they are like wow this is great has a lot of taste. then you're like I want a little less hard because that's too salty. I visited this place when they had the $3 tip promo. Now it's gone and I don't see any reason to go back to domino when papa john's fresher tastes and isn't excessively salty as hers.
I ordered and they called me to ask me to quit. I can understand that and they called me to wait for about an hour and 30 minutes. I tried months later and 3 hours without pizza. I talked to them about waiting for 30 minutes at 1 hour and they said they were delivered next time. 1 hour and 30 minutes are over and nothing. If there's a next time, just tell me to stop. I just deleted the app from my phone. I've learned my lessons.
I understand the staff shortage issue. I get it. However, when the online ordering system says Joe is prepping your pizza at 4:54 and at 5:35 you look at the online tracking to see your order is cancelled you call (yes, I missed your call at 5:21). I was VERY kind. You, on the other hand were blunt and borderline rude. I asked why my order was cancelled, you said, yeah I tried calling So, what's up? We have no drivers Ok, I understand but why 30 minutes to be notified? I understand you are the messenger and I was still polite and mentioned that obviously your system is broken. Still, not a single thank you for understanding, continued bluntness. It's not your fault the system is messed up or that you are short staffed. It's not my fault either, but at least I was polite about it. Maybe I need to call back and be nasty? Nah, I'll try to help you out by getting the help you all need with the system so people don't call and be nasty to you. So, Domino execs, GET IT FIXED.And, the fee is still pending on my bank account.I hope someone higher up than the messenger sees this and goes to someone even higher up to fix the computer system issue! If there are no drivers available that's fine, I would have gone to pick it up.
