They treat the costumers terribly!. My experience at Gracie's was terrible. I was unimpressed by the management and the way they treat their costumers My background: I am a long time employee of Nordstrom and I have been in the service industry for 7+ years. I have been awarded costumer service All-Star' for Nordstrom I went to Gracie's on 5/10/13 for a friends birthday. The plan was to start off at Gracie's with a few drinks and maybe a bite to eat. Drinks were very weak!! Food was average, we had nachos, wings, sweet potatoe fries. Just average. Service was the best part of the night. Will not go back.

For not being a vietnamese place, they hit the nail on the head with their pho! Nice and spicy and plenty if taste. Their French onion soup was pretty decent too. Service is pretty slow but I won't complain too much since the pho was delicious!

Loved the food, however the service was real slow. Gracie's cant seem to decide if it wants to be a bar or a restaurant. Those that go for the latter, I believe, suffer the most.
