La sémola está a punto, el pollo y las galletas son increíbles y el personal es amable. Este lugar es una victoria.

This cafe is hidden in a shaded corner among yoga studios, and other like minded business and was almost hard to locate. The ambience is busy, greasy, dirty. But, because it has several vegan breakfast offerings I was eager to try. Before I downgrade the dishes we ordered. Please know I was delighted with their "Lemon Vegan Pancake. "We tried the vegan Benedict. This was a sad attempt with tofu for the tofu was pulverized to graduals, and over seasoned. scooped onto a stale white flour bagel and messy vegan cheesy sauce. The side potatoes were frozen to fry squares, which when my companion asked the waitress to re-heat, she zipped away, and the potatoes never returned? We also ordered the chikun and waffles. Of course this was before we had any idea of what kind of care and knowledge the kitchen had in basic vegan preparation and presentation. Note: the chikun patty was a dark brown vegetable/ soy, maybe gluten joke, and the waffle looked as if it was borrowed from a hotel breakfast bar. After the $41.65 tab, no need to return. But if you go just order the Lemon Vegan Pancake, and call it a day.
Don’t let the long wait deter you. On the weekends plan on a 30-60 minute wait. I PROMISE, your breakfast will more than compensate for the wait. The lemon pancakes are probably what they are known best for. They are light and airy, while also incredibly filling. I am from Colorado so a breakfast burrito smothered in pork green chili was calling my name, and I’m so glad it did. It has big chunks of pork and has a wonderful tangy-ness. You will need a big nap afterwards, but your belly will be happy!
My family and I tried to have brunch here. We arrived with 2 other groups waiting and were told that our wait should be no more than 15 minutes. We left after waiting an hour and being told that we were going to be after a group that walked in later than we did. They don't seem to be able to manage their online Yelp wait-list and walk in customers very well. Also, they ran out of chairs. Not tables, just not enough chairs. How does that happen at a restaurant??!!?? Really disappointed.
