Off the Grid - Salt Lake City

My girlfriend & I recently took our annual snowboarding trip to Park CityWe decided to try out Off The Grid Charters, we were both so happy we did.

We used off the grid charters and had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, the owner.

Finally tracked down Off The Grid at food truck Thursday at Gallivan Plaza. We were not disappointed! We ordered three half sized waffles sandwiches and loved all three of the flavors we got though our personal favorite was the sweet chili pulled pork. I really loved the smashed potatoes that had a great basil flavor. This is definitely one of our favorite trucks in Salt Lake City and I can't wait to try out more from their creative menu!

Pretty good food. I liked the chicken in mole sauce, but next time I'm giving the grilled cheese a shot; it is their top-seller, and I wasn't crazy about the waffle bread or copious amount of shredded red cabbage. The potatoes are good but super rich and filling.
