Pizza Hut - Salt Lake City

Is it any wonder I constantly complain about the service industry? Yesterday my wife stopped at Pizza Hut after work to pick us up two personal pan pizzas for supper. She was told at the counter that they only had one personal pan pizza available. Whaaaaat? Isn't it their job to cook one upon order? Why are they in the pizza business? My wife stopped instead at McDonalds for two quarter pounders. I am surprised that they had both burgers in stock.

The person who took my order was rude, the food took well over an hour to arrive, the few items that actually showed up were cold upon arrival, there were also 2 missing items from my order. Horrible experience.

Horrible pizza ever. I ordered the Detroit style pizza.They must forget to put the sauce before the topping. And and dumped the marinara sauce on top of it.I called and asked why it had so much sauce. And was unsatisfied. The lady told me that's how they make it.I was told specialty pizza but it only had 2 so called topping. It was like eating a bread with a marinara sauce. ?The employees are lazy and they were just smoking cigarettes outside with no one answering the phone.Go to Little Caesars Pizza instead or somewhere else.

I almost didn't stop because the outside looks like it's closed and run down and boarded up. I did not like the pizza and Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza it tasted like cardboard. I used a coupon it's the two mediums for $6.99 a piece one topping and there's barely anything on it I won't use the coupon again I will pay for a pizza off the menu and maybe they won't skimp. Perhaps I will try another location for Pizza Hut.
