Starbucks - Salt Lake City

Honestly this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had going to a Starbucks. One thing I really love about going to any Starbucks coffee shop is that the majority of the time I get along really well with the staff they are super friendly and are generally hard workers especially during the holidays. Eggnog Latte with coconut milk so yummy or the Matcha latte with extra scoop and coconut milk. Always great service! The kids love the cake pops!

Tried the cinnamon dolce latte. It was pretty good.

Drive through had a huge line, but it went quick! Impressed!

I ordered a 24 Oz Caramel Frappuccino, when I went to pick it up half of my coffee was whipped cream and I wanted coffee not that! So I asked to make me another coffee and the person who served me in a very bad way just mixed it all in the blender and put it back in the glass. It didn't even taste like coffee, that only cream. I left very disappointed
