Metropolitan Market Sammamish

I love this market for its salad bar, hot food, coffee, ice cream and overall selection. All the metropolitan markets are great, but this one is phenomenal. Customer service could be improved significantly, however.

I’ve ordered the “Beef teriyaki with rice” bowl at the store’s deli today and I was very surprised by the portion size! It was less than a half of a bowl for $9.99, 3/4 of which was the rice! The cashier asked the lady-associative to go to the deli to remake it but the lady surprised us with the answer! She said that it is enough and she had almost the same portion yesterday! Is the store became so desperate and did cut the portions in half? Not ordering it again there.

Ive recently started coming regularly come here for the cooked meals at met market after my workouts. However today I have a really bad experience with a staff with a poor attitude at the section that sells cooked meals. I think her name was Ana and she was wearing white at 1pm. She showed attitude with just my first question and when I mentioned that I was probably charged wrong yesterday for my meal she replied with “well did you get 12 oz”? As though I was trying to cheat my way to getting a free meal. What a way to spoil someone’s day when I’m just trying to get order a meal. She also started gossiping with another staff the moment I left. I’ll try to get her name next time but what a horrible person.

I have visited a few times mm, many attempts, of course a high-end market, that is to be expected. note! make a list before they go.

I stopped on Friday night to get a bottle of wine and flowers before I went to a party party. I have not checked and accepted the label on the flowers.
