Lupe Tortilla Mexican - San Antonio

The fajitas were fantastic, the margaritas were top-notch, and the Mexican food overall was excellent! Our group shared chicken and beef fajitas, as well as chicken enchiladas, and everything was delicious. We had two people with celiac disease in our party, and the waitress was knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which was very helpful. Many Mexican restaurants use marinades with gluten in them, making it difficult for those with gluten sensitivities to enjoy dishes like fajitas, so it was great to find a place where that wasn't an issue.

I enjoyed the food, it was very delicious! There was a short wait for a table, but it wasn't too bad. The food arrived promptly after ordering. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The beer we were served was flat and lukewarm, and the service was absolutely terrible. I was served the wrong food item and when I pointed it out, the server insisted it was correct. Eventually, I had to order it again because he insisted he had brought me the right plate. We never received refills throughout the night and had to eat dinner without a drink. I understand that servers can have bad nights, but this was unacceptable. The food tasted great, but overall, I would not recommend this location.

I was there for drinks the other night and it started out great but then my friend and I started getting harassed by the bar manager Miguel. He was our bartender and as we were sitting at the bar he comes around and puts his hand on my lower back to which I politely asked him not to touch me he laughs and leaves it there for a couple more seconds then removes it on his timing to which I moved my body away from him to get the picture. As he makes our drinks he's laughing with another bartender looking at us, it was all just uncomfortable. He then proceeds to tell my friend and I that we can't have more than 2 large margaritas.. but people share a carafe? What a beautiful restaurant too bad it has to be ruined by a sexual harassing bar manager. Won't be back!

Wow first time eating at Lupe tortilla the fajitas called Grandioso were amazing !! The chicken fajitas were juicy flavorful . I had never eaten chicken fajitas as great as here. I eaten at papasitos and Chuys but this here are the best I would recommend them. My mother had the ribs and they amazing very tender and the flavor was all the way to the bone . We will be coming back service was great Daniel was our waiter and provide excellent service !!
