Hotel Bo’s Lum Restaurant is excellent. The food and cocktails are some of the best we had in Mexico. The staff checked with the kitchen for all choices to make sure they were gluten-free. Matching fruit shrimp Ceviche appetizer was a generous portion and very good. Octopus and pigs Tacos were really delicious. Salmon in passion fruit also excellent, couscous salad served separately as part of sharing or not included for GF option.
