This is the fourth time my order has been incorrect. The first time, I specified no sauce, and they added sauce anyway. The manager corrected it, but since then, I've had the wrong order three more times. I can't believe the errors keep happening—my drinks were also wrong, and to make matters worse, the manager had a bad attitude. I don't have time for this. I spend my money to buy food for my employees, and it's frustrating when they can't get it right. I'm not looking for anything free; I just expect you to do your job. The male manager definitely needs more training—the female manager was doing well and had the right attitude. I will be emailing corporate as well, hoping they can help train the manager and their team properly. I understand that mistakes happen, but four times is just unacceptable. The female manager who did her job correctly was named Rohda, and it seems the male manager lacks the skills needed for the position.
I visited through the drive-thru, and I was impressed by the excellent service. The area was clean, and I didn't have to wait long. I really enjoyed my meal—thank you, Carl's Jr.!
The new Gold Digger sandwich was fantastic! It features fresh breaded chicken paired with a delicious BBQ sauce. The bacon double burger was incredibly flavorful as well. The fries were a bit stale, so we mentioned it, and they promptly prepared a fresh batch for us.
