Her chicken samosa is the worst I had after a few minutes to keep the samosa down with tip, I saw that green color fluid came out. Not sure what it is, but I'll never eat that dripping color liquid from it. It didn't look fresh. I'll never eat here again.
From this place on Uber Eats (on the list as Moonlight Masala with the same address apologises when it is a different restaurant). They had a special purchase, one get a free for their shrimps Tandoori bowl. ONE was listed as $20. We also have an order of the windshield wiper pakora for $12. Each dish should come with 3 sauces and the two bowls had a variety of blows/attacks (such as cauliflowers, chickpeas, onions, etc). We only got 2/6 of our sauces and both bowls came exactly the same, we lacked most ingredients that we demanded and including ingredients that we did not (e.g. none of us asked tomatoes, but we got that while chickpeas and cauliflowers were nowhere to have). The bright windshield wiper was decent, but only contained 6 pieces, so it hardly seems worth 12, especially without sauce. WAY overprices and can't even get basic orders right? Yes never get their food again and definitely a refund from Uber. Thank you.
Curry 'n kababab has pole position on my list of favorite restaurants, of which to buy Indian food in the city. here are a few reasons why my next Indian meal will be at curry 'n kababab: 1. the naan brot. curry 'n kababab’s naan brot shines with ghee, puffy and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 2. the lamb vindaloo. fiery as vindaloo should be with large pieces juicy, brasiliated lamb. light on the nelling and heavy on the garlic, which I also appreciate. also here I would keep this red hot curry well, even outside of san diego, but it deserves additional points for the delivery in this city where good Indian food is so scarce. 3. the huh seah kababab. ground chicken and seasoned in kebabs shaped like cooked, which is a meat dish, tender and tasteful, sour and spicy almost like a sausage. that was a very pleasant surprise, and I will continue to order it. 4. courteous service. the dinge slowly moved the first time that I dined here during a busy dinner hour on a Thursday, my eating took 30 minutes to get out. both visited however received a courtesy service with a smile and an apology for the delay during my first visit. for these reasons and the competitive trips here I give five stars on curry 'n kababab.
Had the lunch special. Comes with soup, rice, naan, and 2 items. Love the plating and presentation. After you order they bring the food out to you. Vegetable Korma was creamy and little bit on the sweet side. Chana masala was on the spicy side. It was very filling. Masala chai was OK, needed more sweetener. I might try something else in the future, maybe something not as limited as the lunch menu.
