I went to Subway for the free sub, but they said it was only for the first 50 customers. It clearly stated "before 12, while supplies last," but it felt like a gimmick to get us to buy something instead. I won’t be falling for that next time!

Horrible customer service, especially the girl with the hat with the anime pins. She rolled her eyes like she didn't care when I said that the soda machine wasn't working. They definitely need training for Customer service ASAP.
