Delarosa - San Francisco

Great food and service really quick in delivering the food which is done as it is prepared (ie not necessarily course by course). Food quality is excellent we’ve tried both pizza and pasta here and the tomato base is unbelievable.

We are french and we find the best restaurant in San Francisco. Great Italian food not so expensive. Very good welcome. Thank you !

Do not go here if you have celiac and are looking for gf pizza! we chose this place because my mom has celiac disease (allergic to wheat) and it said they have gluten free pizza! upon asking our server, she said everything is cross-contaminated. my mom could not have the pizza, so she ordered a salad.

The vibes were great, appetizers were also really good but quite small (only 2 meatballs for the app…. pff). Drinks were solid, definitely liked. Pizza however, left a lot to be desired. taste was there but any pizza where all the ingredients cheese slide off as you pick up a slice IS NOT IT.Food: 4/5

We came as a large group to Delarosa for a team lunch and ordered an assortment of appetizers and pizzas to share. In terms of finding availability, being able to seat a large party, and catering to a large group, this restaurant was great. There was plenty of seating and large enough tables for everyone.On the other hand, the food here is good but not above and beyond. Everything tasted decent and the pizzas came out fresh/hot but the vibe was definitely geared more towards business lunches and not a special event place. Service was good though as there were no issues, but for my taste, there are other pizza places to try in the Bay Area.
