I tried the TRUFF chicken sandwich and overall, it could use a bit more truffle mayo. Despite the $1 extra charge, the truffle mayo flavor was barely noticeable. I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich, which remains one of my favorite fried chicken sandwiches. I just wish there was more truffle mayo on it. I also wish my sandwich had been fried to order instead of being an old fried sandwich to which they added mayo. The rice and beans were excellent, and the sweet tea was still enjoyable.

These people always want higher pay but can’t even do a simple task. I order 3pc chicken tenders with fries and sweet tea. How I end up with 3pc fried chicken with rice and beans. Where’s the biscuit?! Didn’t even give me my sweet tea. Then again it’s my fault for not checking my order before leaving, when I know these people are incompetent.

I am disappointed to only give this restaurant three stars. Despite the presence of roaches, the chicken was delicious and the staff was friendly. It reminded me of the movie Ratatouille. There were fights happening right outside the door. It felt like a show and dinner at the Safeway across the parking lot.

Very tasty chicken super small location with other stores like Safeway, a laundromat, Chinese food place, panda express and a few others. Hate to say it but a little bit ghetto outside. Lots of parking in the parking lot. Near different bus line's. Japan Town and a mall with theater not far away. Nevertheless food tasty. No restroom. Ample sitting area. Good chicken red beans and rice and Cajun fries are my favorite. Good deal especially ordering from the Popeye App.

I loved working here in the late 80s I wonder if its the same owner? He had 2 little girls and a beautiful wife. The girls must be all grown now. Thank you for helping me with a job ?
