I had already had sushi at this place several times and had always enjoyed it, good food, courtesy and kindness, punctuality. But yesterday I made a big mistake I ordered on Glovo!!! Not only did the order, placed at 7.30pm, and with delivery scheduled for 8.15pm, arrive at 10.15pm. But at 10.15pm only because I asked several times on the phone! On the first phone call (9.00 pm I was told that since I had ordered on Glovo I had to wait for the orders which instead arrived locally so my order was not a priority for them (if I wanted it on time I had to call and not use Glovo , on the second phone call (9.45 pm after the App reported the delivery (false report and the closure of the restaurant (also false , I was told that it was not their fault and that therefore they had had to disconnect Glovo due to overlapping orders. I understand that yesterday was Valentine's Day (14/02/2024 and that the orders could have been many, and that perhaps an App doesn't understand this... but given the circumstances they could have disconnected the Glovo service in the early evening so as not to clog up later and reply that orders placed by the App did not have priority. Not to mention what I received at home...40 pieces in the box made just to make them (to make them badly , another wrong dish (nigiri mix but it was only salmon so no mix and the mixed fish tempura completely soaked in oil or scorched meat (this too is more salmon than anything else ... after two phone calls you could have told me that you only had the salmon left... so there is no respect for the customers and the money one spends, with such a preparation so much to give me a sop that I got sushi from them and spent €80... NEVER AGAIN I'm sorry (never again even with Glovo ... if you have to respect customers you respect them all Glovo or not Glovo. First rating 8, now 3 sorry! So if you want to try their sushi, call them at the restaurant and you will have the favor of them preparing it for you (well and delivering it on time!
