Dante's - San José del Cabo

Great ribs , Mexican food, good service, excellent prices, not exactly fine dining but really good for what it is. Sort of a low key Mexican Rib place and sports bar. A bit off the beaten tourist track, so mainly for the local gringos and Mexicans.

This place does not disappoint. We ordered a single order of the ribs and it was just perfect for my husband and I. You get 2 slabs of baby back ribs, enough salad to share as well as a baked potato to share, vegetables and cheese toast. The total bill was only $24 which also included 3 beers. You can't go wrong at this locals pub. If you are looking for romantic ambiance, this is not the place, but if you want great ribs, be sure to give it a try.

Great little place across the street from The Hangman. Looking for a casual night away from fish tacos etc., this is for you. We come here a couple of times every year, just for the ribs. Always consistent, good drinks and friendly staff.

Las mejores costillas que hemos probado en la vida. Vale muchísimo la pena salir del área más turística de San José del Cabo y darse una vuelta para probarlas.

We had a great dinner for not a lot of money. 2 racks of ribs baked potato salad etc for $280 pesos! Cheap beers too. The blackened halibut was also excellent!
