Starbucks Coffee - San Marcos

Super positive, nice Ordering Barista! She told me twice that my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, one pump vanilla plus one shot sounded yummy. It is !!

Bryan the lead supervisor treated me and gave me my order of Venti Chai Latte and Danish for free. All because it was taking me forever to dig up my wallet from my purse to use one of my credit cards because my phones apple pay function wasn?t working like it had just done at the Marshalls I?d shopped at. So I was frustrated and discombobulated, bc I was afraid I was going to hold up the line. He saw that and was so sweet and spoke to me in a soothing and sweet manner and told me that it was on the house and to enjoy my day. He MADE MY DAY! Bryan You are the MAN!

This location is typically great, but they recently changed staff. I walked up to the pickup window and a girl who was standing there on her phone looked at me then continued looking at her phone....even after knocking on the window I was ignored for a good 2min. Finally opened the window with no hello or anything. Really disappointing service.

Open very strange hours doesn't seem to be busy when it is open. Service has been subpar over the years...I hope it closes re-opens as a Dutch Bros.

They were out about everything of pastries and food boxes. Services wasn't great either. Most of the time they are nice. I guess they were having a bad day.
