Glow - SAN MICHELE AL TAGLIAMENTO

I was in Glow 12. Of August with my friends..5 of us..we all ordered cocktails..my glass was half full when I had a phone call..I went 1 meter away from the table my friends stayed their..when I came back they told me that the waitress took my glass away.They tried to stop her but was too quick.So when she came back to check for empty glasses after like 5-10 minutes I told her what happened...1.!!she said wasn 't her instead of apologising-then my friends told her they saw her so she admitted it and send over a head waiter or something like that...he apologised and he said I should look after my drink!! I was shocked as I work in a restaurant to and it 's unacceptable to say something like that to a guest....i didn 't even make a scene...I wasn 't rude at all.. He said: ok so you should have told her you were still drinking ..but no problem... only this time we can make new for you! ... I was really greatful ...so I was waiting for my new cocktail..5min...10min..15min.......20 min!!! Nothing!!!then we realised no1 was coming to serve us anymore...these 2(the girl and the boy) turned away whenever we looked for them..so we decided to leave.On the way out I went to the guy and I told him that this whole lying thing was just disgusting as himself...then he started to blame the bartender...tipical!!! Horrible horrible service!!! So basically keep your glass in your hand all the time !! I gave 2 start only because I love glow usually and love the cocktails..I only wish if I could finish to drink it!

I drank mojitos from venice to cuba , and this was the worst of my entire life ! I complain about it but but .... Dont waste 7.5 € To much ice !

Very enganged and friendly staff. rich assortments of delicious cocktails. bartenders are working hard to keep quality at a constant level. nicely furnished and great atmosphere. I come to this place each time I am in Bibione

Good drinks and wide choice, sin for the poor quantity seen the small glasses ... super location anyway! super youthful.
