Il Convio - SAN MINIATO

My family had to find a dinner spot between the coast and inland and discovered this gem down a windy secluded road. We were instantly glad we took the chance to dine here; we were treated like family and everything we tasted was delicious. The truffle pasta and the pasta with leeks/pistachio were our top pastas and the filet with truffle sauce was so velvety and flavorful. The whole dinner we felt like a family member had invited us over; cozy relaxed and inviting.

This place is absolutely amazing. Beautiful gem in Tuscany nature. Staff really kind and welcoming and food was delicious.

Lovely service and amazing surrounds. Tuna steak a bit dry. But Spaghetti was delicious. Nice prosecco.

Typical local Tuscany cuisine. Attentive owner, friendly staff, great food. The truffle paste is a dream!

One of the best meals we’ve had on our trip. The host and waitress were very kind to us and their sweet black cat Tina cuddled up to my chair. Their terrace was beautiful, what a beautiful way to spend an e evening. We ordered the charcuterie board to share, which was very yummy. I had the truffle pasta and my partner had the truffle steak. Both were out of this world good. It’s a bit difficult to get there, but highly worth it!
