Starbucks - San Ramon

The customer service at this location is less than stellar. They were on their phones, talking to each other rather than expediting the customers orders. It was frustrating to watch.

This Starbucks in Diablo Plaza is my most reliable Starbucks that I go to. They never miss, and I've never had a bad experience with the drinks; I feel like they are made perfect every time unlike the many other Starbucks in the area. Not to mention, the staff here has always been very nice. If you need a Starbucks fix, this particular location is the right one to go to!

Consistently good food and service at this location. Staff at this location is helpful and always nice, especially lauren and kayla. Can't say the same about my fellow customers though, lol!

I come here almost everyday and even though Starbucks have raised their prices I come back for the barista's they are very friendly remember my order and my drink is always consistent tasty!!

Good service. Decent coffee but not exceptional. Clean coffee shop, with no
