During my visit to Idaho to see my sister, we decided to check out a food truck that we had heard about. We both ordered the vegan taco, and I asked if one would be enough, which she assured me it would be. It took about 6-10 minutes for our orders to be prepared, but when we received our plates, we were pleasantly surprised by the presentation. The first bite of the taco brought us immense joy and satisfaction. My sister, who is not vegan, even commented that she could eat this every day for the rest of her life, which was the highest compliment to the chef. The chef, Charlotte, used to run a popular restaurant called Common Knowledge in Sandpoint before it closed down, showcasing her experience and creativity. The vegan taco is a must-try, along with other options like the Curry Rice Bowl. The taste of the tacos is exceptional and well worth the $8.00 price tag (as of September 2016). There are outdoor seating options at Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters, where it's preferred to make a purchase to sit there, or you can also find seating at a nearby park. Overall, this food truck is a great choice for delicious vegan food.
