Excellent wasabi sculpting, very friendly peeps behind the counter, and solid poke bowl

Great place if you like ceviche and a wide choice of ingredients and flavors. Since I'm signed up with them online, I also receive lots of fantastic promo deals via text. Only a few customers whenever I'm there but staff is super friendly and helpful I'd like to see them get more business.

When I walked into the store I was surprised at the industrial decor. Definitely not conducive to a mellow comfortable meal. It's kind of sterile and bland on any decor. However, it does have indoor seating and a game system to use for free. Tweens would like this! As a Poke virgin I loved it! I have never had poke! I love sushi, nigiri, sashimi.. seaweed salad, rice. any Japanese rolls... Turns out, all that, can go into a good bowl! The process is familiar, walk down the row and order your choices of rice, proteins and add ons in a bowl. You can also order miso soup and other sides. This chain location is in Paseo Nuevo. It was busy yet helpful. I stood off to the side and looked at the menu trying to figure it out. I watched people order and the creation of their bowls. My mouth started to water. I decide that I would start with one of the chef bowls. I ordered a small miso soup and a small chef bowl B. The server walked me through the process and I got to see all the options for my next visit. The service was good considering the amount of people in line. There are coupons that you can find and they do have delivery available. Overall I think I'll return tomorrow to create my own bowl.!

I loved everything but the ceviche. The soda was also really good (they give a free soda for military)

Don’t get me wrong, this place was good, just not great. The staff didn’t seem too pumped about being there, which always sets a strange tone for guests. They had plenty of options, it just didn’t feel particularly new or exciting. Tons of seating indoors and a few out in the mall. Nice option if you’re looking for something fresh while shopping.
