Peet's Coffee Tea - Santa Cruz

The staff is very chatty and welcoming, consistently preparing fantastic and delicious drinks that are served promptly. The pastries are warm and delectable. It’s a quiet environment, making it a great place to get some work done if you want.

This café is always bustling, but it’s well worth the wait for your coffee. In addition to an excellent selection of coffee, they have a range of products available for purchase. Unlike Starbucks, I prefer Peet's because it has a cozier and more inviting atmosphere than your typical coffee shop. Definitely give it a try!

I've been visiting this Peet's location for more than 15 years, and overall, they've done an excellent job with my coffee bean orders and afternoon cappuccinos. Recently, there has been quite a bit of staff turnover, resulting in many new employees. I simply make sure to specify exactly how I want my drink and beans, and everything usually turns out perfectly. If I'm not satisfied with how something is made, I just let them know, and they're more than willing to remake it. They maintain consistency and offer a wide selection of darker roasts, along with a few medium and light options.

Back in the day I would post pictures of Starbucks cups with my name printed in fun and unique ways. Today, I was reminded of those days when I picked up my coffee at the downtown Peet's. This Peet's is sticking it out with some of the most courtesy and understanding staff the world has known. This smiley has made my day. :

It was very clean the staff was extremely pleasant n quick to take my order. Still no seating inside but over all I was pleased with the service, n my Vanilla latte was the BOMB!!!? I SHALL HAVE A GREAT SUMMER MORNING IN BEAUTIFUL SANTA CRUZ CA
