Looks like a nice restaurant and menu reads well until they tell you they have ran out of pretty much everything so it became very limited. Recommended local red wine was the worst during our stay, watery and flavourless. Steaks are only served well done which we found slightly strange, for lesser cooking you are provided a hot plate to finish your own. Mains were very plainly served with just a basket of fries to accompany. Service was friendly but really slow. If you are in Santa Cruz be sure to book good restaurants in advance as they are very busy.

Had dinner here last night and it was so good. We started with the grilled vegetables, perfectly cooked and full of flavour, then shared the perfectly cooked, silky Cod with more grilled leeks, peppers and zucchini on a pillow of the creamiest mashed potatoes ever. Tried to finish the roasted chicken which was moist, delicious and floating on a gorgeous creamy sauce but were just too full. The kind and helpful waiter packaged it up for us to take with us. The servings here are really generous and we should have just shared the veg and one main, but choosing just one would be really hard. Highly recommend and it is on a very pretty pedestrian street, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Friendly, smart place that stands out on a street full of restaurants. Great Salads, Tuna tartare and other uplifted Canarian dishes. Worth a look say if you are staying in the AC Hitel round the corner
