Mcdonald's - Santa Marta

Awful service.. this was the second time I tried here. The first time I gave up after waiting 10 minutes to be served with no one else waiting. This time after ordering 15 mins later after they gave 2 customers their food that arrived after me I asked for my money back. NEVER AGAIN

Just like all mcdonalds you've ever eaten in the states. this is the best compliment I can offer. I felt the comfort of getting my big mac, pommes and coke as if I came home. friendly staff, quick service. visit the mcdonald’s of santa marta Colombia

Although the personel is not training on customer care, the girls and the dame managers are nice, helpful, respectful!
