Estate Coffee - Santa Monica

I stopped by this restaurant for coffee after playing basketball at Ocean Park court, as it was conveniently located just across the street. The coffee was decent, not too bold, but suitable for a casual drinker. The interior was spacious with large windows that offered a beautiful view of the park. It's a nice spot to unwind after a visit to the park.

The restaurant is okay, but it seems to be understaffed with a high turnover rate. It's a good place to hang out and read or chat if the weather is bad, otherwise there's a park across the street. I must warn you to stay away from the Breakfast Burrito, as it was one of the worst things I've eaten in the past year. It was small, unattractive, and had a strong but unappetizing flavor. How could something like this be made in LA? I can't comment on the rest of the menu, but my friend enjoyed the veggie breakfast sandwich. Avoid the Dangerous Donkey at all costs.

Their regular drip coffee is phenomenal! The interior is very roomy and clean. They share a space with Keller Williams it seems . The only slight drawback is the parking. They only validate for 15 mins. I spent a little over 20 mins and paid $5.00 for parking with validation. Other than that it is definitely worth a visit. Interior is quiet (even though there was construction outside) and a great place to catch up on some work outside of the office.

I love the comfort of this cafe, open floor plan, and great service. I got the iced mocha coffee which i recommended. It was not too sweet and it tasted really good, thank you!
