Love her poke! perfect amount and so many delicious options. excellent service and friendly and helpful staff!

I have been coming here for years and have probably been close to a dozen times by now. I have only ever ordered 2 things, but they are fantastic! First Boba milk tea, it's great pretty consistent with many that I have had. To me Poke is where they really shine. Their fish is always fresh and there are so many different options that puts them head over heals of anyone else locally. I love all the pickle options including kimchi. The price is fair for the quality. I highly suggest T4, it is perfect for those days your craving sushi but don't want to spend those prices.

DO NOT GO HERE! Appalling service. Especially by the manager Steve. An honest mistake where the cashier rang up the wrong thing. But then she tried to say she confirmed it with me and it was my fault which she was the one who confirmed large sizes and rang up regulars. But whatever, she didn 't want to take accountability. But don 't blame me as the customer who just agreed to what you said. So when calling the manager because it didn 't sit well with me, he was combative, rude, and dismissive. I can see where the staff learns their bad behavior from. Gross.

The teas are good with a good variety of flavors and styles. The poke bowls are great for the value and have plenty of choices for your toppings.

T4 and Poke Mendocino branch is literally my go to place for my poke bowl and boba cravings. Have always found their poke bowls addicting. Have tried many different places around our area but none has matched their mix. It's always so fresh and just flavorful. For first timers who are interested with the build your own bowl option, they have a form that you fill out and hand over to the staff in charge of the poke bar. If you're looking for recommendations on what to add, I always play around these options: Imitation crab (original and spicy), seaweed, tobiko, wakame, shrimp, cucumber, brown rice As for drink/boba recommendations: Thai tea with crystal boba and grass jelly Sweet Mango slushie with boba You can now dine indoors. Location is so convenient as it's near other food establishments/groceries/haircut places. You won't have a problem with parking either.
