Taco Bell - Santa Rosa

Can't get orders right. Food not well made. Workers acting childish. Playing around. Restaurant is messy. No Manger present need to be closed.

The food was fresh, but not much filling in some of the items. There was paper towels in the toilet, however, when an employee was made aware, he immediately cleaned the bathroom.

Not a place to take the kids, and, really not a place to enjoy your meal. Takeout is always the best option here. They fired a guy, who came in on his off time, because the young ladies that were there working, were scared of man, that was actuallyconsuming large quantities of alcohol, right there in the back of the seating area. He was being loud and belligerent, so, Nickcame in, and in the process of getting the man to leave, he gets his head split open, as the drunk decided to hit him with avodka bottle.

Worst location I have visited! Entire place was filthy including soda station! Cashier was extremely rude as she didn't properly greet me and didn't say thank you after transaction was completed! To top it off, she didn't even give cup, lid and straw forlarge drink included in my order until I asked her! It took almost 30 mins to finally receive my order! Corporate should revoketheir franchise from places like this one!

I could've sworn on the, Bible that... They used to fold one end on All Soft Tacos. ??????? Apparently, maybe in my older age of life I'm mistaken. Without do'in this, you end up with 3/4 of the Item in your lap on the first bite. Hope that cha ain'twearing nice clothing a/o driving when thiiisss.... Happens????????????????
