La Locanda Dei Matteri

Service, friendliness and the food were excellent! We went there with our four children ranging from 4 to 15 and the staff manage to satisfy all this tribe. And the view from the terrasse is very pleasant

We chose our New Years Eve venue rather late this year but managed to find a reservation here at the La Locanda dei Matteri, and what a pleasant surprise it was. We had never been here before but had heard good reports from friends. The atmosphere wasn't the greatest that we've experienced for New Years but the food and the service was to a very high standard. Portions weren't over sized and the presentation was exceptional, even our children meals were just right. We left feeling comfortable with our choice and will definitely return here. The only thing i would have liked is for the 1st antipasti which was made with a cacchi sauce to have been a little bigger!

This restaurant was wonderful The food was delicous, and the service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was wonderful. This is truly a hidden gem in the Porto Sant'elpidio area. We will recommend this to anyone traveling into this part of Marche.

A restaurant with a great chef, traditional dishes revisited and not, push to go beyond the common with refined couplings but, in my opinion, regulated. the location is beautiful, the interiors are very cared for. the service is luxury, perhaps also too much for my goits, but always very courteous and friendly. I thought I'd end up starving after paying too much for the level, the price was honest. is a perfect place for special and intimate dinners, not for a group dinner with friends. attention: the restaurant has two entrances, one outside the walls and one inside. outside do not respond to the intercom and is closed (perhaps only in summer,) enter from above, in the country. sometimes it makes it difficult to book by phone, ring a lot and try again.

Family lunch in the new position of Sant’Elpidio at sea, the place is a ‘jewel‘ historic: the old seat of the body of the bandeau dressed again, furnished with goto , with a charming look . ideal for romantic dinner, but also for lunch/convivial dinner. has a spectacular view of the hills and the outer space. Then you ask. and food? Well, that has exceeded expectations, the barbarian chef proposes a menu that is a goto trip, a crescendo of flavors, combined with refined wines, really impeccable. all this has contributed to a beautiful Sunday in the family. approved nb: large parking just under the walls
