Los Pepes - Santiago de Querétaro

We wanted to eat at a locals place so we chose this restaurant, which was a short walk from our hotel. We don't speak Spanish so we were outside Google translating the menu when a guy comes over to us, helped us out, explained the menu to us and showed us inside. He spoke great English and I think his name was Miguel- a friendly guy. He looked after us and we were very grateful for his help. We enjoyed the food very much! The restaurant has been there for 24 years! The salad with the cactus, theirs is homemade, and he was right it was much better than others we tried! If I come back to Queretaro I will return.

Visited Los Pepes for lunch. Miguel saw us at the front door trying to figure out the Spanish menu and helped us out, his English is very good. I had the pork taco and my wife had the fried chicken. Both dishes were excellent, service was very fast and friendly. Next time in Queretaro this will be the first spot to visit.

My wife and I went to eat there and it was good the food was good and service as well we liked it! They have delicious carnitas and menudo! We recommend this place!

Amazing child relent, pico de gala, burritos, tacos and carnitas. Super fresh, fast service and a great friendly staff, our favorite place in Queretaro!!!
